Instructions

The series production line is used for the metal plate bending decoiling, slitting and winding into several volumes needed width coil plate. Is suitable for processing and cold rolled and hot rolled carbon steel, silicon steel, tinplate, stainless steel and the surface of all kinds of metal plate after plating.

Production line is mainly composed of feeding the small car, uncoiler, leveling machine, slitting, waste edge winding machine, tension machine, winding machine, discharge device, etc.

The whole line adopts PCLS centralized control, human-machine interface, according to a high degree of automation, simple operation and reliable.
